"Got me there, but the promises didn’t really hold up"
The ride itself was okay, but a lot of the onboard stuff felt disappointing. They make it sound like you’ll have reliable WiFi, working outlets, and a comfortable trip, but that wasn’t really the case for me. The WiFi was weak and kept cutting out, the seats felt worn down, and the outlet near me didn’t even work. For the price, I expected them to actually deliver on what they advertise. It got me where I needed to go, but I wouldn’t call it a great experience...

"Seatbelts were fine, but the ride felt a bit rushed"
The seatbelts worked like they should, so no issues there. The only thing was the ride felt rushed at times, maybe 2 or 3 moments where it seemed like we were moving a little too quickly. Overall it was okay, just could’ve been a bit more relaxed

I booked my ride without too much trouble, honestly. The site was, like, simple enough to figure out, and I only had to double-check the times once just to be sure. Overall, it was quick and easy to use.

"Mostly worked, but some buttons were confusing"
The site worked okay with my screen reader overall, so I was able to get through it. That said, a few of the buttons felt a little unclear to me, and I found myself wondering if I was missing something or if they just weren’t labeled very well. Maybe it’s just me, but I think clearer button labels would make the experience a lot smoother.
"Reservation change worked, but the process felt clunky"
I needed to change my bus reservation, and to be fair, it did work out in the end. The site found my booking and I eventually got the new time confirmed, so that was a relief. But it felt a little clunky, and I was left wondering for a bit whether the change had actually gone through. Seems like they could make that part clearer. Not a terrible experience, just not as smooth as it probably should be.

"Trip took forever"
So... the bus was really slow, and the whole trip felt like it just dragged on forever. i feel like I could’ve driven myself and gotten there much faster. If saving time matters to you, I wouldn’t say this is worth it.

The bus got me where I needed to go, so I’ll give it that, but the ride itself was rough. The seats were hard, there wasn’t much leg room, and every little bump in the road felt like it went straight through me. By the time I got off, I was sore. It also had that feeling like I was just a ticket number being moved from point A to point B, not really a passenger they cared about

My first impression is that the schedule is basically useless. Every time I actually need a bus, there isn’t one showing up when it’s supposed to, so I end up waiting around or making other plans.

"Okay ride, inconvenient drop-off"
The bus ride itself was fine, nothing really to complain about there. But the drop-off spot was super inconvenient for me... I ended up needing another ride afterward, which added extra time when I was already tired from the trip. I just wish they had more central or easier locations for pickup/drop-off! Not awful, just kind of annoying.

I had to cancel my trip at the last minute, which is never fun, but the process was straightforward. The refund didn’t show up right away and took a few days, so I was a little worried at first. I reached out to support and they did get back to me, and the refund eventually came through. It wasn’t totally perfect, but it felt like they handled it in a fair and decent way, and I appreciated that

I really appreciated how clear the ride updates were. I knew when to expect my ride and didn’t have to sit there guessing or checking constantly. From my experience, that kind of communication makes the whole process feel a lot smoother and less stressful.

"I used Michigan Flyer recently and…"
I used Michigan Flyer recently and overall the trip was fine — actually, I’d say the timing was smooth and there weren’t any real issues there. The bus just wasn’t as clean as I was expecting. There were some crumbs on the seats and the floor looked like it could’ve used a quick sweep. It wasn’t awful, but for the price, I’d hope it feels a little fresher next time.

"Easy ride to the airport"
I took the Michigan Flyer to get to the airport it was convenient. The bus showed up on time, and the stop was easy to find, which made the whole thing a lot less stressful. I’d definitely use it again... I just wish they had a few more departure times to choose from.

"Pretty good routes, just needs a few more stops"
It covers most of my usual trips well, which is great, well, especially during the week. I just wish there were more weekend options because that’s usually when I’m trying to get around and end up wishing the routes were a bit more flexible.

I’ve used Michigan Flyer a couple of times, and the bus itself was perfectly fine, but the timing has been hit or miss for me. On one trip, it was late enough that I spent the whole ride stressing about whether I’d make my flight. I totally get that traffic happens, but for an airport service, being reliable is kind of the whole point. The staff were okay and no one was rude, but I did expect faster response and clearer updates when things were running behind. At this point, I’m not sure I’d fully trust it when I really need to be somewhere on time

"I’ve taken the Michigan Flyer a few times..."
I’ve taken the Michigan Flyer a few times now, and my experience has been mostly fine overall. The main issue I’ve run into is getting a seat when I’m trying to book closer to the travel date. A couple of times, the trips I wanted were already full or almost full, which made last-minute planning stressful.
Once I’m actually on the bus, the ride itself has been comfortable enough and I don’t really have complaints there. I just wish there were more seats or extra options during busier travel times, because it would make the whole process a lot easier

Boarding felt disorganized, and I’m getting tired of dealing with the same kind of confusion whenever I travel. That said, the driver was nice enough and did what they could, so it wasn’t a terrible experience overall
